Steve Lambert
Co-Founder
With many years of global director-level client-side experience leading marketing teams for some iconic automotive brands, I can bring a wealth of experience to the table and see things from a client perspective. I have a commercial approach meaning that marketing needs to be accountable for business performance.
My experience includes being International Marketing Director for Harley-Davidson, where I was responsible for all marketing activities outside the USA. Similarly, I was the Global Head of Brand Marketing for McLaren Automotive and the Global Head of Marketing for Triumph Motorcycles. I held numerous marketing and sales positions with Peugeot in the UK and France.
I have a strategic mindset which complements Nik’s creativity. Brand is my passion point, and I led the rebranding of Triumph Motorcycles and McLaren Automotive.
Nik Ellwood
Co-Founder
I have an absolute passion for cars and motorcycles. I've covered all bases, from racing to clothing and brochures to global PR. I bring creative and impactful ideas that build upon Steve's strategic expertise.
I have worked on both the client side and the agency side. Over the past ten years, I have launched over 20 new motorcycles to the global media, supported David Beckham's Brazilian adventure and chased 400mph at Bonneville with Guy Martin. Connected worldwide to the motorcycle media, I also have relationships with filmmakers, VIPs and racing.
Client-side experience includes being the Global PR manager for Triumph Motorcycles. I have been consulting with Harley-Davidson and ARCH Motorcycle for the past four years before setting up We Are Nameless.
